FormMaker Admin Tools Page

This web-tool is a complete registration package. It provides for all aspects of online registration including:
  • Creating forms
  • Downloading forms
  • Displaying and accessing forms
  • Processing and error checking responses
  • Sending confirmation email messages
  • Use eCommerce to collect payment via credit card
  • Collecting a spreadsheet of registrant information.
After a form is created the user has the option to download the form and do further editing with tools like MS-Word, Frontpage, or Dreamweaver. Forms can be placed on any server and will still connect to this tool to process responses and send out confirmations.
